I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were generously sized, extremely clean, and quiet. However, we had an extra bed we didn't need due to a room change request to avoid a sewage smell in room 706. The service, although professional and friendly, had some rude behavior that was unexpected from hospitality staff. The location was perfect for both relaxation and business near the BTS sky train station and BITEC exhibition center. The dining experience was impressive with delicious 'à la carte' options, and the facilities were great.
